Shirley Robertson

Replacement of three outdoor verandahs at Shirley Robertson Childcare Centre, completed in two outdoor stages within a live preschool environment.  

 The scope included the preparation of a Division 6 asbestos report, safe removal of identified asbestos, and demolition of existing verandahs. Additional considerations were made for the large, established trees on-site, following arborist recommendations to protect tree health. The project also involved storm water and drainage upgrades, new concrete footings and screw piles, installation of structural steel columns, and the addition of a new roof structure and roofing.
