The Princes Park Southern Pavilion, originally constructed in 1938, underwent a careful restoration and modernisation by United Project Solutions to enhance its function while honouring its historical significance. Set within the historic Princes Park precinct, this upgrade was designed to meet the needs of local sporting clubs and community events. 

United Project Solutions carried out an extensive refurbishment, upgrading the player and umpire change rooms, adding female-friendly and accessible amenities, and creating multipurpose spaces to support various community activities. Our team paid special attention to preserving the heritage-listed façade, ensuring that all updates to the pavilion were in keeping with its original 1930s character. This involved using construction techniques and materials that both complemented the building’s classic design and met modern standards for durability.
