United Project Solutions was proud to deliver the full refurbishment of Gale Pacific’s offices in Braeside, redefining the traditional office layout to create a dynamic and light-filled workspace. As a global leader in technical textiles, Gale Pacific required a modern and functional office environment that reflected their innovative approach. 

This transformation involved a complete redesign, moving away from the conventional layout of perimeter offices and central workstations. By reversing this thinking, we positioned offices and meeting rooms at the core of the floor plan, allowing banks of workstations to be placed along the windows. This strategic shift maximised natural light, creating an open and inviting workspace for employees. 

The tea room and breakout spaces were reimagined as multifunctional areas, serving not only as a place for staff to enjoy lunch but also as versatile zones for presentations, staff meetings, and informal gatherings. Additionally, focus room pods were incorporated into the design, providing private, soundproof spaces ideal for quick meetings, phone calls, or sales discussions. These pods offer employees a quiet, efficient environment for tasks that require concentration or confidentiality. 

Smart use of recycled timbers and ethically sourced carpets were integrated throughout the refurbishment, reinforcing a commitment to sustainability while adding warmth and texture to the design. High-quality finishes, thoughtful space planning, and seamless integration of modern workplace solutions ensured that Gale Pacific’s offices now offer a balanced and efficient environment that fosters collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.
