United Project Solutions was proud to deliver the fitout for McLean Demo Bentley on Level 3, transforming their office space into a modern, functional, and sustainable environment. The fitout was designed with versatility in mind, incorporating operable walls that allow for the creation of one, three, or a very large meeting space, providing flexibility for different team sizes and requirements. A dedicated presentation room was also included to cater to client meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions. 

The space featured offices and sustainably sourced workstations, designed for both individual and collaborative work. The operable walls provided further adaptability, enabling the reconfiguration of the space to create either one large meeting area or smaller rooms, depending on the needs of the day. In addition to the flexible meeting areas, dedicated spaces for client presentations and internal discussions were included, ensuring both comfort and professionalism. 

We installed energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the office, creating a bright and welcoming environment while reducing energy consumption. Suspended ceilings with acoustic panels were added to enhance sound control and improve the overall acoustics of the office. High-quality, sustainable carpet tiles were laid in offices and common areas to ensure comfort and durability, while custom flooring options were used in meeting rooms to enhance the aesthetic appeal. 

The entire space was freshly painted with a modern colour palette, contributing to a clean and professional appearance. Finishes were carefully selected to complement the overall design and branding. To meet building safety codes, sprinkler systems and fire alarms were installed, ensuring the office meets all legal safety requirements. New heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems were also installed to ensure comfort throughout all seasons, with energy-efficient options to support sustainability
