United Project Solutions was entrusted with the design and construction of the Wyndham City Council Town Planning Offices refurbishment, where we focused on enhancing the functionality and flexibility of the workspace. The project aimed to make the most of available spaces, ensuring that each area could serve multiple purposes and contribute to a dynamic work environment. 

A standout feature of this project was the design of breakout spaces, which were carefully integrated to serve as collaborative meeting rooms when not in use as lunch areas. These open-plan spaces were designed to foster interaction, equipped with writable boards, comfortable seating, and ample space for impromptu meetings, providing staff with a place to gather, collaborate, and innovate over coffee. 

The refurbishment also included the introduction of focus pods for concentrated work, sit-stand desks, and lounge areas to support a range of workstyles and comfort levels. Meeting and conference rooms were equipped with modern technology to facilitate seamless communication, while end-of-trip facilities, lockers, and improved lighting and air conditioning contributed to the overall well-being and productivity of the staff. 

In keeping with the natural aesthetics of the workplace, we incorporated natural timbers, indoor plants for screening, and a design that maximised natural light, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Through careful planning and execution, United Project Solutions delivered a modern, efficient, and flexible working environment for Wyndham City Council’s planning teams.
