Chargrill Charlie's, a renowned Sydney-based food brand, embarked on their first Melbourne location and entrusted us with construction delivery of their new store.

The project involved internal demolition of a former bank while maintaining structural integrity, followed by a fitout to create purpose-built food preparation, service, and dining areas.

 Our scope included mechanical design, the installation of refrigeration and an extensive exhaust system, as well as sourcing custom furnishings. Throughout the project, we ensured that all aesthetics and finishes aligned with Chargrill Charlie’s brand identity.

Key challenges included managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating with a Sydney-based architect, and utilising artisan trades for high-quality class five finishes.

 The result was an inviting, functional space that fully embodied the Chargrill Charlie’s brand. Creative resource management kept the project within budget, and strong collaboration with the store owner ensured a successful outcome. Due to this success, we have continued to work with Chargrill Charlie's, helping them deliver two more Melbourne locations in Malvern and Elsternwick.
