United Project Solutions served as the construction team for Chargrill Charlie’s new location in Elsternwick, Melbourne, transforming an empty shell at 412 Glen Huntly Road into a welcoming, family-friendly dining destination.

To prepare the space for a full kitchen fit-out and new floor tiles, we restumped the flooring for maximum stability and longevity. The project also included installing custom lighting and feature walls, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere that complements Chargrill Charlie’s signature red and yellow branding.

Every element was designed and built to support the restaurant’s high standards in both form and function, ensuring the space is equipped for smooth operation and an enjoyable customer experience.
